It was through him that MGM made 'Wizard of Oz, His discoveries include Clark Gable, Loretta Young, Robert Mitchum and Lana Turner. Document signed, 1 page, dated March 3, 1967. LeRoy sells his rights to "Who Dare To Live ". Contract in part "..Mervyn LeRoy, herein called the "Seller" for a good and valuable consideration..sells and assigns..all of his rights, title and interest in and to those agreements hereinafter set forth..." Signed boldly in blue " Mervy Leroy". Punch holes on top, in excellent condition.
