Beautiful large vintage original bifold pressbook with iconic illustration of star Jeanne Moreau used for the film poster, against a magenta background. Pressbooks were used by production companies to promote film distribution. Interior and verso shows many stills from the film, as well as a cast list, film summary, and the associated production companies, also against magenta. A beautifully printed pressbook. Four hole punches on left side and small 0.5” inch smudge on bottom center of cover page. In french. Near fine condition. Called by critic Roger Ebert “a marriage of the French new wave and Hollywood tradition."
