[African American] [Mug Shots] [Women] Photo archive of 4 African American Women mug shots. Two date from the 1960s in Miami and two date from the 1940s in Cleveland. 4 Silver gelatin photographs. The two from the 1960s measure 4" x 5." while the two from the 1940s measure 2.75" x 4.25". All have front shots and profile shots, making a total of 8 images. All images are in black and white. The two from the 1960s have names on the verso: "Beverly Ann Williams" in the photo dated 11-28-1965, and "Pearl Mason" dated 1963 on the other. The Photograph of "Pearl Mason" also lists a weight,an address, and the alias "Pearl Elizabeth Wiggins" on the verso in pen. The two photographs from the 1940s do not have names on the verso. One is dated 4-17-45 from the Cleveland, Ohio Police Department, and features a woman in her 30s wearing a white shirt staring blankly ahead. The other is dated 10-27-1944 from the Cleveland, Ohio Police Department and features a woman in her late 20s wearing her hair up and in a blazer-style jacket. This archive is an interesting time capsule and is overall in very good condition.Item #20071
