It also features the X-rating logo and a United Artists logo . Midnight Cowboy is a 1969 American buddy drama directed by John Schlesinger and starring Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight. Set in New York City, Midnight Cowboy depicts the unlikely friendship between two hustlers and included New York's gay counterculture. "John Schlesinger's gritty, unrelentingly bleak look at the seedy underbelly of urban American life is undeniably disturbing, but Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight's performances make it difficult to turn away." It is the only X-rated film to win Best Picture at the Academy Awards. All inn very good condition.
