Bayonne NAACP annual dinner program from 1962, documenting the local fundraising and leadership that sustained branch level civil rights organizing. The program includes the evening's order of events, elected officers and executive board, named sponsors, special acknowledgments to donors, and an additional grouped list of smaller contributors, preserving the structure of both chapter leadership and community financial support.

In 1962, local NAACP branches operated as the organizational base for membership drives, fundraising, employment and housing campaigns, desegregation efforts, and other civil rights work carried out at the municipal and state level. The Bayonne program records that infrastructure at the scale of a single community, showing businesses, individual contributors, and elected leadership supporting the branch through a formal annual gathering.
