Hughes in his library with bookcases in the background and African art bust in foreground. Hughes is smiling radiantly. Some whiteout mostly on white margin, but not significantly affecting image. Done by photo editor for newspaper reproduction of this image in a two column article on Hughes. Verso also states" two column." probably refering to the editor that the image in the newspaper will be printer in a area that covers 2 column. Overall the piece is in very good condition.
