A set of 4 original vintage photographs of Arab men with their camels and Arab women with children, published circa 1920s. Two photos per photocard. Overall size of photocards is 4.7" x 3.5." In the first set of photos a woman carries a heavy load next to another woman resting on a rock with her child. Both women wear burqas. In the photo below a fully veiled woman in a white burqa tenderly holds the hand of a little girl while covering part of her face with her hand. The second set of photos depicts Arab men saddling up their camels in preparation for a long journey. They secure their goods and belongings while a young boy stands watching. The lower photo captures two men unloading a resting camel from its long journey. A small mark to one of the photos and some spotting to one of the margins. Overall in good condition.
