43rd President. Very scarce PRESIDENTIAL GIFT. This is a medium, 7"x9" (and quite heavy) polished silver picture frame, opening is about 4"x6". At the top is an etched Presidential seal. At the bottom, is etched: "Bill Clinton" signature. These are given by the White House as gifts to serious VIP's and very large contributors. Please note there are a few scratches on the chrome. Overall in good condition with the eagle seal and Clinton's signature standing out.
