Archive of eight lobby cards promoting "Andy Warhol's Frankenstein." Bryanston Pictures: 1974. Each about 14" x 11." Complete set of eight lobby cards showing various scenes from the film, some bloody, others campy images. The graphic cult film earned placement in the "Top 100 Horror Films" in a recent poll by Time Out. Warhol was a producer on the film and participated in the cutting stage. The screenwriter, Tonino Guerra, also authored Fellini's Amarcord and Antonioni's Blowup. Director Paul Morrissey, a key figure from Andy Warhol's Factory, was also the force who shaped the most important films that have been attributed to Warhol. The lobby cards are in very good condition.
