Two flyers from 1964 Atlanta 500, Fifth Annual and Fastest Race Yet
Pamphlets
Two flyers for the Atlanta 500, one in the form of a news brief and other a brochure with photos, diagrams, and a form for seat choice. 8” x 3” inches. Both double sided, fold out brochures. The 1964 Atlanta 500 was won by Fred Lorentzen, also known as “Fast Freddie”, in a 1964 Ford stock car. At the time of this race, Lorentzen was in the midst of a hot streak that would last until around 1967. His 1964 win at Atlanta would mark him as the first driver to win three consecutive years at a 500-mile superspeedway race. Both pamphlets overall in very good condition.Item #17477
