Good condition with creasing, partial separation, and small losses at binding; light thumb-soiling. F. W. Newman was a noted academic, and while he described himself as “anti-everything” (he also advocated vegetarianism and anti-vaccinations), he was decidedly pro on women’s rights issues.A important and influential early document in women's suffrage history. Rare printing. At the time that this description is being written, just two copies are recorded in American institutions.
