In October 1965, Don Slater’s magazine ONE: The Homosexual Viewpoint changed its name to Tangents magazine. Tangents was published in Los Angeles by a majority of the board members of ONE inc, and the entire editorial board of ONE Magazine. Don Slater and others left ONE, Inc over a disagreement on the future of the magazine. ONE, Inc continued to publish ONE magazine through 1967. Each magazine holds rich Gay history, poetry, analysis, and more. In passage from Aug-Sept. 1969, a Berkeley author notes that "Homosexuality is a natural style of life...Homosexuals are making large contributions to our society but history books and the press ignore it" (14). This archive is important, and in very good condition.
