Swiss women’s suffrage poster dating February 1954 and measuring between 35.5 x 50.5 inches. Women in Switzerland fought a very long battle for suffrage, not receiving the right to vote until 1971. They were the last Western country to receive this right. The poster depicts a cheerful young boy stating in German "My mother is going to vote." Impressive size and very good condition.
