This report is consisted of statistical breakdowns based on industry, i.e. Rubber Goods, Pottery, Tobacco, of percentage of woman and children in the workforce, racial makeup, hours worked by state, and more. There is also a section titled "General Tables", which provides demographic data on a state and industrial level. The author was an advocate for workers as Labor Commissioner under Teddy Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and Woodrow Wilson. Overall in very good condition.
