In paper wrappers. 9.5” x 6” inches. 16 pages. Article presented to the Senate by New Mexico senator, Thomas B. Catron. Contents include sections on: The women's vote for president, Taxation and woman suffrage, Prohibition and woman suffrage, War and woman suffrage, Wage-earning women and woman suffrage, High cost of woman suffrage; Opinions etc... The suffrage movement, was victorious in achieving full equality in the vote two years later in 1919. Has 1.5 inches of paper loss along right edge of cover, with a minor ¼ inch hole on the next two pages. Overall in good condition.
