One image of a woman, image of Mrs. Fanny Ricketts, Kady Brownell in an army costume, and a woman riding a horse with a description found below, "Leaving the battle tents for the battle field." The book details the activities of approximately forty Union women during the Civil War. The author focuses on women's contributions to the Northern war effort. The book does have an issue with a little wrinkling from old water effect top of front. Very good.At the time that this description is being written, only one copy is recorded in American institutions. OCLC search results are at best an estimate and can vary over time.. Rare.Item #15949
