Early-Stage Screenplay for All the President’s Men Brought the Infamous Watergate Scandal to Life for the Public

Goldman, William

Film Script

Goldman, William. Based on the book by Carl Bernstein & Bob Woodward. “All the President’s Men.” Produced by Wildwood Enterprises, Inc., Provo, UT, July 11, 1975. Movie script with copious story notes on the inside front cover and both sides of the back cover. The notes seem to follow Bernstein and Woodward's timeline and movements. The script itself is mostly xeroxed copy pages.

Screenplay adaptation of the 1974 book of the same name written by investigative journalists for the Washington Post, Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward. The reporters’ tenacity and ability to string together an unlikely set of events into a true and shocking narrative ultimately led to President Nixon’s resignation. Clean copy in very good condition. This copy is perfectly emblematic of the many threads and notes which came together to shock the American public following the Vietnam War era.
