An early original black & white photograph of the Hajj Pilgrimage, Atop Mount Arafat, outside of Mecca, Circa 1930. Measures: 3.5" x 5.5", with Arabic writing to bottom right hand corner. This photo captures thousands of Muslim pilgrims on their second day of pilgrimage, the culminating experience of the Hajj, gathered together to pray atop the very sacred site of Mt. Arafat (Mount of Mercy), outside of Mecca, in the 1930's. Overall in very good condition.Item #14938
