Civil War unexploded 1" siege ball from the U.S. Navy. Ball was found October 1970 in the side wall of Confederate Fort Huger near Suffolk, Virginia. The fort was built by some 1000 slaves and free blacks in 1861. It took ten months to build and was captured 10 months.....
